Delivery and Returns Policy
Return & Exchange Policy: You can return items for a store credit or you can exchange them for another item we have in stock. We only offer store credit for returns. We do not issue refunds to the original method of payment. We allow a 21 day return or exchange policy which is effective starting on the delivery date of the order. All items must be in new condition and must be unworn and unwashed. We have the right to refuse the return or exchange if the items seem worn, washed, dried, etc.
Free Returns & Exchanges: We offer to pay for the shipping costs and provide you with a shipping label if the return or exchange is due to a defect. If the customer needs to exchange due to a sizing issue or for a second time on the same order, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. If it is a return due to not receiving the item in time for an event, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
International Returns & Exchanges: We are not able to cover shipping costs for International returns or exchanges. If you do need to return or exchange an item, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
